SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from Praha, Czech Republic. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times All orders are shipped with full tracking via reputable international carriers. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Domestic (CZ): 2–4 business days
- EU countries: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or carrier delays.
Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders) For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the displayed price. For orders outside the EU, duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at Info@richerspace.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
